Paula was amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing our home. We were in Virginia when we started looking and she took us on a video tour of the two homes we were interested in. Both tours were incredibly engaging and detailed in execution. In fact, we loved one house so much that we bought tickets to fly to TN immediately. Paula took us through both houses and then took us out to lunch so we could visit, get a feel for the town, and discuss the houses. We put an offer in that night. Paula Lindsey has been excellent to work with. She pays great attention to detail and I knew she always had my best interests as her main goal. She was pleasant and a great communicator. She was thorough and very responsive to my needs. She went out of her way to ensure punch list items were completed. She even helped me find someone to build me a storage building and took a piece of siding to the company so they could match the paint. I will definitely be using Paula in the future for my real estate needs.
